This is the official home of my eBook Reflections and image manipulation program FreeImage Demo. You can also find a preview of some of the programs I have created using Microsoft Access.

Now that I have retired there is more time to devote to interests and amid the calm and chaos relaxation takes on a whole new meaning. These days I no longer solve Microsoft Access problems or design database solutions for commercial purposes. Time is a precious commodity and how you spend it really counts, this becomes clearer with age and therein lies the paradox.

My love of poetry has provided me with the ideal voice to express the mood and events of the day. The need to unite everyone is more important than ever as the world we live in continues to change, and we become more divided in our views and attitudes towards each other. The choices we make in our lives provide some of the themes that are explored in my eBook Reflections which was self-published in 2015.

To provide a simple crop and resize image tool in a Microsoft Access Employee Database I made use of FreeImage, an open source library project for developers who need to support popular image formats in their applications. Later I created FreeImage Demo a full-featured software application to illustrate image manipulation using Microsoft Access and FreeImage.
